Progress so far!

1. Have eated small portions all week.
2. No takeaways
3. Trips to the gym: still none :(
4. Took my own shopping bags to town with me yesterday so I could buy veg from themarket without the use of wasteful carrier bags. Unfortunately, I left them in the car on the top floor of the the multistorey carpark and only realised when I had gone down the eigth flights of stairs to the bottom (tried to retrieve them but my other half thought I had gone insane).
5. Drank two pints of cider. :(

Verdict: Could do better.

I got free gym membership with my job in the 1980s. It went like this:-

Visit 1: induction

Visits 2 - 3: circuit training and rowing machine

Visit 4: circuit training

Visits 5 - 7: rowing machine

Visit 9: fell off rowing machine

Visit 10: sauna

Visits 11 - 15 sauna and sunbed

Visit 16: old woman in sauna drops towel to reveal badly wiped bum crack

Visits 17 - 18: sunbed. Now orange. Stopped going.

So I guess I'm not really what you'd call a role model.

Visit 16: eeuuck!

I like the gym, I just struggle with getting there. I've been working really long hours the past few month, so all I want to do the rest of the time is flake out infront of the TV!
